It was never a phase, Cowgirl Era Forever

May 1, 2025

There’s just something about springtime in Round Top that feels like magic. Maybe it’s the wildflowers blooming along the roadside, or the way the sunshine hits just right on the front porch of JG… whatever it is, March 22nd was one of those days we won’t soon forget.

We gathered together, on a beautiful spring-time day in Texas, to celebrate what it means to live In Our Cowgirl Era. To celebrate the love of the open road, wild hearts, and cowgirl magic. You could feel the energy in the air that morning. From the first people who started arriving, it was just all around. . .the kind you only get when good people come together, dressed to the Round Top nines, ready to soak up every second.

A whole lotta love to our friends at Bloom Nutrition for sponsoring this beautiful day and handing out their brand new energy drinks (my new faves!) to keep the vibes high and spirits shining bright

Paige Murray kicked off the day with a heartfelt book signing, sharing stories, smiles, and her beautiful spirit. There’s something special about meeting someone who lives the life they write about, and Paige was just that. . . cowgirl grit & grace all wrapped up in one.

We were also so excited to have Bed|Stü on site with us, sharing all their gorgeous, hand-crafted leather goods. (I even snagged a bag myself, & it’s already my new everyday purse.)

They brought their Make-A-Bag setup too, where folks could customize their very own leather bag by picking every detail & making something truly one-of-a-kind.

Brooke’s Bubble Bus was back on site serving up all the pink bubbly cheer!

Local Roots, the famous homemade ding-dong maker, was of course on site with her delectable homemade deviled eggs, pimento cheese sandwiches, and more!

& the newest addition to the front yard, Lady Elaine, was set up serving craft cocktails all day long.

Bubbly in hand, music in the air, & good company to share it all with. Can’t ask for much of a better day.

Around every corner, there was something to discover. . . from the Tecovas Boot Charm Bar, where boots got a little extra sparkle.

we had a temporary tattoo bar on the front porch sponsored by Inked by Dani!

Check out mine & Calley’s new matching tattoos (sorry mom)

to the Horseshoe Decorating Bar, where folks put their own spin on a good luck classic.

And if you caught the live blacksmith demo by our friends at Midnight Forge, you know it was the real deallll. I’m talking sparks flying, metal bending, art in motion.

Fringe Scarves was also on site, bringing all the western flair with their Custom Twilly & Snaffle Bit Bar, letting cowgirls craft the perfect piece of wearable art.

And then… there was the cutest factor of the day. Enter: Texas Doodle Patch. They brought along the most adorable Bernedoodles, Sheepadoodles, and Goldendoodles, oh my!! So darn cute you just wanted to scoop them up, love them, & squeeze them tight. Honestly, it was impossible not to smile every time you passed by their little patch of fluffy joy.

Our front porch series was alive & well as the day went on. Our friends Bo Brumble & Cole Nelson set the perfect scene with their pickin & groovin on the front porch!

Let’s not forget the fashion, y’all. Round Top style was alive and well, with vintage threads, rhinestone dreams, & fringe for days. The kind of outfits that tell stories all on their own. Big thanks to @roundtopfashionguide for being there to capture every twirl, every laugh, every rhinestone-studded moment.

We’re so thankful for everyone who came out, celebrated with us, and helped make this day one for the books. Our cowgirl era is just getting started, and we’re so dang proud to ride alongside y’all.

XOXOXO
