Long ago we realized that crew neck tees aren’t always the most flattering … and so many “fashion tees” are juniors sizing which ain’t nobody got time for. SO, we took matters into our own hands and started making regular old unisex tees a little more stylish. It takes about 10 seconds and zero sewing skills so i’m all about this modification.
We actually get questions all the time on the proper technique (hint: if you have a sharp pair of scissors and basic kindergarten level cutting skills, you can handle this) … and requests for us to cut the necks out before we ship tees y’all purchase on our site so we decided a little tutorial might be the perfect thing to do right now in our QT states.
Rarely, and by “rarely”, i mean “NEVER” do we wear a unisex tee that we haven’t cut the neck out of. LITERALLY. We travel with scissors so we can even cut necks out at any given time in any given random hotel room. It’s THAT IMPORTANT, people.
To prove my point…here’s a short gallery of amie and me (mainly me because i’m a “tee shirt all day, erday kind of girl) wearing unisex tees that have been altered in some way…
Now go forth, wield those scissors and give those tired old crew neck tees in your closet (or on floor in amie’s case) a little fashion upgrade!
